So Amazon recently threw its hat into the thunderdome of online digital music sales. Apple today announced the expansion of its DRM-free iTunes Plus catalogue. The press release claims that the iTunes Store now offers the largest selection of non-rights-managed tracks in the world, with "more than two million" available.
I welcome news of the expansion, as well as the accompanying drop in price to $0.99 a track, but I have to question that superlative claim.
